Items that are grayed-out in a loop’s folder are called ‘Placeholders’. This means that there is no document already sitting behind that title. The ‘Placeholder’ provides the space for the agent to upload a document/item that cannot be provided via Florida Realtors or People’s Choice (e.g. Copy of Check, MLS ‘Active’ Broker Synopsis, Tax Roll Print Out, etc.).
When uploading a document that needs to be placed in the ‘Placeholder’ spot:
Hover over the ‘Placeholder’ name.
An option will appear that reads ‘Add File’ to the left of the ‘Placeholder’ name.
Click ‘Add File’
Select the document from its location on your computer.
This will satisfy the item.
