Listing Side – When an agent has a cancellation of contract representing the seller, make sure that the loop status in Dotloop is switched back to ‘Active Listing’. In the Listing Folder, upload a copy of the status change form from MLS, the newly ‘Active’ MLS broker synopsis. In the Contract Folder, upload a copy of the cancellation of contract. For the Contract Folder that pertains to the cancelled contract, edit the Contract Folder name to include “ – CANCELLED” at the end of the original folder name.
Selling Side – When an agent has a cancellation of contract representing the buyer, make sure that the loop status in Dotloop is updated to ‘Withdrawn’. Upload a copy of the cancellation of contract to the loop. Edit the Loop Name itself to include “ – CANCELLED” at the end of the original Loop Name do that the office knows the status of the transaction.
