As the selling agent it is not your responsibility to wait until the MLS broker synopsis is updated to ‘Sold’ and accurate. Upload the current status of the broker synopsis and this will count as your ‘Final Broker Synopsis’. Admin will follow up with the listing agent/office to update correctly within 4 business days of the closing date.
