When do I need to create a Sold Data/Entry Only listing in StellarMLS? How do I do this?

Sold Data/Entry Only listings are to be created in MLS for new construction homes, FSBOS, and all non-listed sales. It’s an MLS rule that EVERY transaction must be entered into the MLS. This is done AFTER closing.
