On either release or affidavit, the specific name of the document must be listed that is missing from an agent’s file. It must be the specific title of that document in order to meet company policy and requirements for our E&O insurance carrier. For example, if the Seller’s Property Disclosure is missing from the file, it is not sufficient to list ‘Property Disclosure’, ‘Seller Disclosures’, ‘Seller Property’, etc. It must state ‘Seller’s Property Disclosure’.
