If a document was fully executed outside of Dotloop (e.g. handwritten or electronic signature through a third party vendor), the uploaded ‘PDF’ item will need to be merged with the existing template item already provided in the file in order to submit the file for review when ready. To do so:

Drag the uploaded ‘PDF’ item over the existing template item by clicking and holding the left mouse button.

Hover the mouse button over the template item you wish to merge/replace.

A message will appear that reads ‘’Replace with [‘PDF’ item name here]”.

Release the left mouse button and it will place the ‘PDF’ item over the template item provided.

Once all ‘Required’ items have been satisfied in that folder, the folder can be submitted for review.
