As the listing agent, when there is no final walk-thru or it just has not been provided by the selling agent, you have two options:
1. If there is an email with a conversation thread showing you requested a copy of the final walk-thru, upload that to your loop in Dotloop and that will suffice.
2. If there is no final walk-thru to provide, list this item on an Agent Affidavit, then sign, print and date at the bottom. Upload this to your loop in Dotloop and that will suffice.
