Once inside the loop, at the top right of the screen, click the link ‘Submit for Review’.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select the folder you want to submit for review.
At this stage, only submit pre-closing folders. Do NOT submit the “Closing” folder for review as it will not be complete at this point in the transaction yet.
Click the checkbox to the left of the folders you wish to submit for review at this time (e.g. “Seller”, “Buyer”, “Landlord”, or “Tenant”).
Click ‘Submit’.
Once you do, that folder will show the label ‘Needs Review’ in red font to the left of the folder name. This will notify the office that the loop is ready for review.
Make sure it is submitted for review at least 3 full business days prior to the closing date and time to stay in compliance with company policy & procedure. Note that the system will not allow a folder to be submitted for review if all ‘Required’ items have not been satisfied. Be sure to track documents for completion well in advance.
