If the title company sends a closing check and the settlement statement directly to the office, am I still responsible for uploading them into my Dotloop loop?

If the check and settlement statement are mailed directly to the office, as a courtesy admin will scan and upload those documents to the agent’s loop in Dotloop. Admin will ALWAYS email the agent to inform that these items have been received. Please note that this is the only exception for admin uploading agents’ documents. The agent is responsible for their own file under all other circumstances.
