To be paid as a P.A. or LLC, here are the following steps:
1) Provide PCRS with a copy of your New Real Estate License which has the name of your P.A. or LLC printed on it.
2) Provide PCRS with an updated W-9 form with your EIN number for your new P.A. or LLC
According to FREC & DBPR, a brokerage is only allowed to pay commission to the name that is on the real estate license itself so the above steps are based on state requirements and are necessary to begin paying you as a P.A. or LLC
